Reporting directly to the Collections Team Leader you will play a key role in managing overdue consumer and commercial asset finance accounts. This temp role is ideal for a motivated collections professional looking to contribute to a collaborative team and help improve collections performance.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of overdue asset finance accounts (consumer and commercial)
- Identifying high-risk accounts and addressing them proactively
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Recommending improvements to existing processes and procedures where appropriate
- Ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s credit and collections goals

To be considered for this temporary opportunity, you will bring:
- Minimum 12 months experience in Collections
- Experience in both early-stage and recoveries collections (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A passion for customer service, building rapport, and delivering commercial outcomes
