Supporting a high quality General Insurance team as a Technical Writer, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
- Draft, edit and maintain claims management manuals, ensuring alignment with the business model.
- Review and update existing content to keep it accurate and consistent.
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders to produce clear, user-friendly technical documentation.
- Develop and run a regular review process to keep manuals current with process changes.
- Partner with Business Analysts to document processes, procedures and system updates.
- Translate technical information into concise, easy-to-understand content.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years’ technical writing experience in complex environments.
- Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and document design.
- Experience in Business Process Management and process documentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, plain language.
