Our client, a global SaaS company undergoing financial systems transformation, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their Zuora implementation team. This role will support the rollout and optimization of Zuora’s billing, revenue, and payments modules, working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Finance Systems Manager.

- Contribute to the implementation of Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Payments as part of a broader financial systems transformation.
- Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation of business needs across finance, product, and engineering teams.
- Support the configuration and testing of Zuora modules, including customer accounts, payment methods, and subscription workflows.
- Collaborate on API integrations and middleware connections (e.g., MuleSoft, NetSuite) to ensure data accuracy and system interoperability.
- Participate in the design and validation of payment workflows.
- Help integrate bank statement feeds and support the reconciliation processes.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation related to payment processing and financial reporting.
- Provide input into training materials and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Work under the guidance of the Finance Systems Manager to ensure alignment with project timelines, priorities, and compliance standards.
- Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role within a SaaS or enterprise finance environment.
- Hands on experience with a billings system integration and configuration is essential.
- Familiarity with API workflows, data mapping, and cloud-based financial systems.
- Exposure to payment gateways, banking standards and reconciliation processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with a collaborative approach to cross functional teamwork.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, SalesForce, or similar platforms is advantageous. Strong intermediate to advanced Excel is essential for this role.
