With steady organic growth, they’re now looking for a Tax Accountant to join their high performing Sydney based team.
  
The Role
Reporting directly to the Tax Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering top tier tax services and nurturing client relationships. Your day to day will include:

• Overseeing tax compliance and supporting a skilled offshore tax team
• Collaborating with the overseas division on individual and company tax returns
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to offshore staff
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and deliver tailored tax advice
• Acting as a trusted advisor and relationship manager for your client portfolio
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and add value to clients

• 3+ years’ experience in tax and business services
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing)
• Strong working knowledge across individuals, companies and trusts
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine client first approach
• Experience working with offshore teams is a plus but not essential
• A proactive mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships
