In this exciting Talent Acquisition focused role reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Advising on recruitment and talent strategies for organisational effectiveness
- Coaching senior management and executives on standardised talent approaches and improved practices
- Building strong relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and business units
- Driving end-to-end recruitment for positive workplace culture and outcomes
- Designing interview guides, questions and relatable techniques

To be successful in this Talent Advisor opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:
- At least 2 years in a similar end to end Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Consultant role within the NSW Government
- Proven understanding of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 ( GSE Act )
- Previous experience managing large bulk recruitment projects will be favoured
- Experience working across generalist recruitment campaigns will be beneficial
