They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the public sector.
This is an immediate start opportunity on a temporary contract through to 30 September 2026.
The Job
In this exciting Talent Acquisition Partner role reporting into the Senior Talent Parter, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Advising on recruitment and talent strategies for organisational effectiveness
- Coaching senior management and executives on standardised talent approaches and improved practices
- Building strong relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and business units
- Driving end-to-end recruitment for positive workplace culture and outcomes
- Designing interview guides, questions and relatable techniques
- Contributing to departmental-wide recruitment campaign development
You
To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Demonstrated experience (minimum two years) managing end-to-end talent acquisition within a similar role
- Experience in the public sector is highly regarded, with a sound understanding of NSW Government recruitment practices, policies, and compliance with relevant employment legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted recruitment advice
