The Role
  
An opportunity has become available for a Settlements Officer to join the team, supporting the end-to-end settlement process for asset finance transactions.
  
Your responsibilities will include:  
  • Managing settlements from approval through to funding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Preparing and reviewing loan documentation in line with company policy and compliance requirements
  • Liaising with brokers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth settlements
  • Following up outstanding documentation and settlement conditions
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
  • Providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders    
About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:  
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in settlements, loan processing, or financial services operations
  • Exposure to asset finance or commercial lending (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to work within structured processes
  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently when required
