The Job….
Reporting into the Director, as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
  • Support the Director in delivering the Enterprise Compliance Framework and associated compliance materials.
  • Develop and refine a practical, fit-for-purpose compliance framework that reduces organisational compliance burden.
  • Simplify complex compliance documentation into clear and user-friendly guidance.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements and drive alignment.
  • Ensure integration with existing compliance frameworks, governance processes and GRC systems.
  • Facilitate stakeholder consultation, validation and testing activities.
  • Finalise and deliver framework documentation and supporting materials within project timeframes.

To be successful in this Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance role, you must have experience in the following areas:
  • Proven experience leading the delivery and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks within large, complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience using Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and tools to support compliance and risk management activities.
  • Extensive expertise in governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and assurance practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
