Reporting into the Director, as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
- Support the Director in delivering the Enterprise Compliance Framework and associated compliance materials.
- Develop and refine a practical, fit-for-purpose compliance framework that reduces organisational compliance burden.
- Simplify complex compliance documentation into clear and user-friendly guidance.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements and drive alignment.
- Ensure integration with existing compliance frameworks, governance processes and GRC systems.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultation, validation and testing activities.
- Finalise and deliver framework documentation and supporting materials within project timeframes.

To be successful in this Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience leading the delivery and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience using Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and tools to support compliance and risk management activities.
- Extensive expertise in governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and assurance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
