The business unit is seeking three experienced Senior Business Analysts with a proven track record of producing detailed ICT and telecommunications requirements within complex environments. These are initial 12-month contract opportunities, offering a hybrid working arrangement based out of the Sydney CBD.
The Job
In this versatile Senior Business Analyst role, will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
- Gather, analyse and document detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements for complex ICT and telecommunications initiatives.
- Translate business needs, service designs and use cases into clear, practical and testable requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, service designers, architects, SMEs and delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Produce high-quality market-facing documentation, including EOI, EFT and RFT requirements packs.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment, prioritise requirements and support change initiatives.
- Apply Agile and best practice business analysis methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex ICT projects.
- Experience within telecommunications or large-scale technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle within Agile environments.
