Reporting into the Director in this Master Scheduler role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead portfolio scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across programs and projects, providing accurate reporting and performance insights.
- Manage portfolio dependencies, facilitate planning workshops, and maintain dependency registers.
- Establish and embed scheduling standards, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and maturity.
- Support Program and Project Managers with schedule development, risk management, and dependency planning.
- Conduct schedule reviews, critical path analysis, change impact assessments, and resolve scheduling and resource conflicts.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Extensive experience in master scheduling, portfolio planning and dependency management within large, complex programs.
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (administration and scheduling).
- Experience working within government or other large, highly regulated organisations is highly regarded.
- Extensive experience leading forecast planning and resource management in a complex, matrix environment.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules across multiple projects and programs.
- Proven ability to perform critical path analysis, schedule assurance, and manage schedule risks and dependencies.
