The Job….
Reporting through to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead & develop the Queensland Sales Team, including Direct Sales Consultants and deskbound Business Development Managers.
- Drive performance across the Region through coaching, mentoring & supporting team members to meet and exceed individual and team settlement targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the National Sales Manager and Product Team, to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
- Identify & implement process improvements that enhance lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Champion a customer-centric sales culture, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance across all client interactions.
- Identifying skill gaps and assisting with onboarding and training of new sales staff.
- Stay informed of industry trends and lending products, providing insights to the team and contributing to the development of competitive offerings.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the following personal qualities:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading high performing sales teams within the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of credit principles and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and workshop deals.
- Strategic mindset with proven experience in developing, executing, and communicating sales strategies across an organisation.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Enthusiastic, approachable and supportive leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people.
