Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you'll be:
- Making outbound calls to customers who've shown interest in financial products
- Having genuine conversations to understand what customers need and recommending the right solutions
- Preparing accurate, complete applications for the credit team
- Managing the journey through to settlement
- Hitting monthly sales targets and KPIs
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- At least 12 months' experience in outbound, phone-based sales within financial services
- A customer-first attitude and knack for building relationships
- Great communication skills – both on the phone and in writing
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a genuine passion for helping people
