These new locations will mirror the high end service environment of the flagship Sydney office, with a strong emphasis on education led conversations, long term relationships and professionalism at every touchpoint.
The Role
As a Sales & Client Services Specialist, you will be one of the founding team members in your state, playing a key role in establishing the brand locally.
This is a consultative, service led position — not a high pressure, commission driven sales role. Approximately 70% of your time will be face to face with clients and 30% phone based.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting structured, consultative in person client meetings
- Guiding clients through product information, pricing and transaction processes with clarity and confidence
- Managing inbound phone and email enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Processing financial transactions in strict accordance with company procedures and compliance standards
- Reconciling payments and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Building repeat business through relationship management and proactive follow-up
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling high-value client transactions
To be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally have experience in the following areas:
- Ideally 12 months proven experience in face to face consultative sales or client service or perhaps you are a recent graduate looking for your first commercial role
- Strong numerical ability and confidence discussing pricing and transaction values
- Experience handling financial transactions or secure payment processing
- Clear, confident communicator able to explain financial or technical concepts
- High attention to detail with strong procedural compliance
- Background in luxury retail, banking or financial services (highly regarded)
- Relationship focused, discreet and professional in client facing environments
