The Role
This is your opportunity to be a founding team member in your state, helping to shape the brand's local presence from the ground up.
As a Sales & Client Services Specialist, you'll work in a consultative, service first environment where meaningful client relationships matter more than sales targets. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent face to face with clients, with the remainder managing phone based enquiries — no cold calling, no hard sell.
Your day to day will include:
  • Conducting structured, consultative client meetings in a premium setting
  • Guiding clients through products, pricing and transactions with clarity and confidence
  • Managing inbound enquiries by phone and email with professionalism
  • Processing financial transactions in line with company procedures and compliance standards
  • Reconciling payments and maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Growing repeat business through proactive relationship management and follow up
  • Handling high value transactions with the utmost discretion and care
You
You're a confident, polished communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. You may come from luxury retail, banking or financial services, or you could be a sharp graduate ready to launch your career in a premium commercial environment.
You'll also bring:
  • Experience in face to face consultative sales or client service (12+ months ideal, or a motivated graduate)
  • Strong numerical confidence and comfort discussing pricing and transaction values
  • Experience handling financial transactions or secure payment processing
  • The ability to explain financial or technical concepts clearly and simply
  • High attention to detail and a natural respect for process and compliance
  • A relationship focused, discreet and professional approach in every client interaction
