As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to company growth by fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients unique investment needs, meanwhile expanding your knowledge of the precious metals market.

The Job....
Reporting through to the Client Services Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Day to day sales activities via phone, retail face to face sales and web enquiries.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure sales and client service targets are met.
  • Manage client accounts with discretion and reliability, promptly following up on account matters as needed.
  • Assess client needs and make informed recommendations on suitable products and services.
  • Obtain necessary client information and authorizations to facilitate a smooth trading processes.
  • Ensure all verification requirements are met and client documents are accurately stored and updated in the relevant database before activating client accounts.
  • Coordinate a pipeline of new clients through targeted outbound calls and email campaigns to understand client needs and guide them through their first transaction.
  • Assist with stocktake, showroom setup, and other administrative tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
  • A natural people person with the ability to build, manage and foster client relationships.
  • Comfortable working across the CBD and Marrickville offices
  • Able to work between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday (one Saturday a month with a day off during the week)
  • A genuine desire to build strong customer relationships and understand buyer behaviors.
  • Enjoy building relationships, driving growth and a positive brand recognition.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and purpose.
  • Results oriented and accountable for group sales targets.
