The Job
As a Retail Client Services Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s prestige. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer service within a luxury retail environment
- Assisting clients with product information, sales transactions, and enquiries
- Maintaining an immaculate retail space that reflects the brand’s premium image
- Handling cash and high-value transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Supporting stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Building lasting relationships with customers through professional service and product knowledge
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (luxury, jewellery, or premium goods preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or high-value transactions
- A warm, confident, and engaging communication style
- A genuine interest in luxury products and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Availability to work Saturdays and one weekday each week
