In this Researcher role, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct evidence-based research and analysis to support priority reforms.
- Review academic research, community engagement reports, and other relevant sources to gather insights.
- Identify policy and knowledge gaps through literature review and community engagement findings.
- Undertake additional desktop research as required to fill identified gaps.
- Develop clear, concise, and actionable outcomes per priority reform.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test, validate, and refine outcomes.
- Deliver outcomes supported by referenced evidence to contribute to informed decision-making and policy development.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Skilled in researching and analysing academic and community materials to develop practical outcomes.
- Experience in community engagement with cultural sensitivity.
- Able to investigate gaps in existing research.
- Experience with outcomes frameworks preferred.
- Strong writing skills to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
