They are currently seeking Registry Officers to join their dynamic legal team, supporting the delivery of high-volume work across multiple priorities and tight deadlines. This is an exciting contract opportunity commencing ASAP through to November 2026, based on-site in the Sydney CBD.
The Job
During this Administration focused assignment within their business unit, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide accurate client information via phone, email, and in person
- Prepare matters for hearing, including documents, notifications, venues, interpreters, travel, and special requirements
- Deliver general admin support including filing, photocopying, post, faxing, and document distribution
- Draft routine correspondence in line with standards
- Update case management systems and maintain accurate filing, storage, and archiving of records
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Strong administrative skills as well as strong customer service experience are essential
- Previous legal or financial services experience would be highly beneficial
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
