SB Recruitment is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Commercial Enterprise team in Sydney. With over 15 years’ experience partnering with leading Australian organisations across finance, accounting, and business support, we’re known for our reputation, results, and people-first approach.
  
This is a pure delivery role – no business development required – working closely with a long-standing portfolio of engaged clients. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, helping match high-calibre talent to business-critical roles across the NSW market.
  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates across transactional finance and business support roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and culture
  • Write and advertise engaging job ads that attract standout talent
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate journey from start to finish
  • Provide salary guidance and contribute to market mapping
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and complete regular post-placement check-ins
   
About you:
  • At least 6 months of experience in agency recruitment
  • Professional, personable, and proactive
  • Highly organised and confident in candidate and client communication
  • Comfortable attending meetings and building relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to roles in transactional finance or business support (highly regarded)
