Working closely with the Commercial Divisional Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the end to end recruitment process while developing your skills within a high performing and supportive environment. The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking channels
- Conducting candidate phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience and career objectives
- Preparing candidate summaries and maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Conducting reference checks and assisting with compliance requirements
- Supporting candidates and contractors throughout the onboarding process
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout their job search
- Providing ongoing contractor care and post placement support
- Preparing recruitment activity reports and job status updates
- Maintaining database accuracy ensuring compliance with internal processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6–12 months Recruitment Coordinator experience within an agency environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong administration and time management capabilities
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
