This well-respected Government organisation based in Parramatta has an immediate requirement for a Records Officer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end records management and providing general administrative support, with an ASAP start through to 31 August 2026.

In this Record/Admin Officer role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Performing a range of record keeping activities via electronic and paper-based processes.
- Using TRIM to locate and retrieve company records, track file movements, archive records and send archive boxes to storage
- Prepare reports using Content Manager (TRIM) and check for data quality.
- Assist in sentencing and disposing of records.
- Supporting the information help desk to resolve reported issues.
- Managing routine record management activities.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years related records management experience.
- Previous TRIM/CM9 experience is a must.
- Familiarity with the NSW State Records Act 1998 will be ideal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks to meet critical deadlines.
