Supporting the credit and receipting team you will be working every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in a job share environment:
- Process and allocate all bill payments accurately and promptly across four bank accounts.
- Coordinate with the Business Services Teams and Partners to ensure timely and precise allocation of deposits.
- Deposit funds into firm bank accounts and process EFT transactions via the firms banking portal.
- Reconcile records with bank statements for accuracy.
- Manage incoming emails and address client queries for the Credit Team.
- Collaborate effectively within the Finance team to foster a positive team environment.
- Adhere to firm policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or team members.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on unallocated funds at a national level to ensure proper allocation and resolution.
- Work to strict end of month receipting deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A self starter with exceptional attention to detail and an analytical approach.
- Adept at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible approach, open to taking on additional adhoc administration tasks and comfortable working in a job share environment where collaboration and team work will ensure the success of the role.
- Ability to show initiative and follow up loose accounting threads.
- Experience of working in a legal / professional services environment a distinct advantage.
