The Job…..
Supporting the credit and receipting team you will be working every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in a job share environment:

  • Process and allocate all bill payments accurately and promptly across four bank accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Business Services Teams and Partners to ensure timely and precise allocation of deposits.
  • Deposit funds into firm bank accounts and process EFT transactions via the firms banking portal.
  •  Reconcile records with bank statements for accuracy. 
  •  Manage incoming emails and address client queries for the Credit Team. 
  • Collaborate effectively within the Finance team to foster a positive team environment.  
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or team members.
  • Conduct monthly follow-ups on unallocated funds at a national level to ensure proper allocation and resolution.
  • Work to strict end of month receipting deadlines.

  • Adept at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible approach, open to taking on additional adhoc administration tasks and comfortable working in a job share environment where collaboration and team work will ensure the success of the role. 
  • Ability to show initiative and follow up loose accounting threads.
  • Experience of working in a legal / professional services environment a distinct advantage.
