Reporting to the Project Manager in this Project Support role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing project documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate procurement and finance administrative support for business projects.
- Providing project support services to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and budgets are being met against established milestones and deliverables.
- Diary, calendar and email management for the managers.
- Extensive database maintenance.
- Coordinating internal/external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 2 years-experience in a strong administration capacity.
- Previous project and public sector experience with an infrastructure focus will be highly advantageous.
- A current Class 'C' Drivers Licence.
- Understanding of Record Keeping and Document Control systems is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines.
