This respected NSW Government department plays a key role in delivering community initiatives across the state and is currently overseeing a number of significant capital works projects across NSW. They are seeking a experienced Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of capital and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in NSW Government experience, experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects. SAP start until 31 Dec 206 with potential to extend.

Reporting into the Director, Capital Works in this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead residential and capital works projects from inception to completion, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and milestones.
- Coordinate project teams, stakeholders and contractors.
- Manage procurement, tenders and contracts.
- Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years’ experience in an end-to-end Project Manager role, with a construction or capital works focus.
- Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, architecture, building, surveying, project management or a related discipline.
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Current White Card.
- Cleared National Police Check.
