This respected NSW Government department plays a key role in delivering health initiatives across the state and is currently overseeing a number of significant capital works projects across the Central Coast. They are seeking two experienced Project Managers to manage the end-to-end delivery of capital and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering construction and capital works projects, ideally within the public sector environment. These are 12-month contract opportunities based in Gosford.

Reporting into the Director, Capital Works in this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital works, infrastructure and asset management projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, design, construction, commissioning and project close-out.
- Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, reporting, risk registers and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project governance, compliance and reporting requirements.
- Provide technical advice, project briefs, cost estimates and recommendations to support planning and decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a end to end Project Manager role with a construction/capital works focus.
- Trade and /or Tertiary qualifications in construction related field with extensive demonstrated experience in construction project management including construction and consultant procurement, design development, contract management and operational commissioning.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- WHS General Construction Induction certificate (white card).
- Cleared National Police Check.
