This three month FTC needs for someone who can quickly understand the landscape, build momentum, and help establish an operating rhythm from the ground up.
About the role
You will act as the key connector between departments, helping align strategy, systems, workflows, and communication across several teams working at different stages of AI adoption.
This is not a traditional project role. You will be expected to think across systems and processes, identify blockers, challenge where needed, and push cross functional work forward.
Key Responsibilities

- Run regular alignment sessions with 3 to 4 departments progressing at different stages of AI adoption.
- Identify key stakeholders and establish clear communication and decision pathways.
- Identify technical or structural blockers and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve.
- Facilitate access, training, and cross department connectors between systems.
- Design, test, and improve interdepartmental connectors (APIs, automations, shared workflows).
- Push project timelines forward and ensure teams deliver multi department updates on schedule.
- Promote a unified communication style across teams through informal engagement sessions (e.g. lunch and learns).
- Share success stories, learnings, and improvement opportunities across technical and non technical groups.
- Support departmental embedded engineers and ensure they can execute their part of the AI strategy.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with other teams to bridge them.
- Experienced in AI driven process design, automation, or operational project leadership.
- Background in business analysis or systems and process mapping, able to think across technical and business contexts.
- Experience working within fast paced tech environments.
- Hands on understanding of connectors, workflows, and APIs (out of the box solutions vs. custom built).
- Demonstrated experience in building or enhancing AI workflows, ideally with examples of tools or solutions personally developed or configured.
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and fast changing priorities.
- Confident challenging stakeholders constructively and keeping momentum despite obstacles.
- Collaborative communicator who can engage both technical and non technical audiences.
- Background in business analysis, operational coordination, or project delivery in a fast paced global environment.
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or connected systems.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to assess technical blockers and work through them with the right people.
- Experience in environments where you have had to push hard to keep projects moving.
