- Partner with business units to provide expert advice on people policies, practices and compliance.
- Act as SME across P&C functions including recruitment, L&D, D&I, WHS, Workers Compensation, HR systems and payroll.
- Manage employee and industrial relations, ensuring fair outcomes and risk mitigation.
- Lead organisational change using structured change management approaches.
- Design and implement HR solutions to improve performance and business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (degree or diploma) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience providing broad HR generalist advice within large or complex organisations.
- Strong consultative approach in delivering HR services to managers and employees.
- Sound understanding of relevant legislative and industrial relations frameworks.
- Local Government experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple matters simultaneously.
