The Job....
Reporting to the HR Manager and CFO your role will encompass:
Payroll Management
- Process employee timesheets and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage overtime approvals and payroll data accuracy for 80 staff members
- Collaborate with external Payroll Provider regarding payroll report and adjustments
- Support employees with payroll enquiries, leave balances, and data accuracy
- Manage payroll for new hires, terminations, and international locations
- Ensure compliance through reconciliation, lodgments, and regulatory reporting
- Assist with the recruitment process including sourcing, arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Support the administration of benefits programs and assist employees with queries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain well-stocked workplace facilities managing weekly stationary and grocery orders
- Assist with preparation for company meetings and event
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven track record in working with an outsourced company to process fortnightly pay
- Knowledge of awards across the construction or manufacturing industries is beneficial but not essential
- Able to work in the Wetherill Park office every Wednesday or Thursday (option to spread the work across three shorter days)
- The ability to prioritise effectively and handle conflicting tasks with ease
- A positive, upbeat and down to earth approach to work
