Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the complete payment cycle, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments are processed, collaborating closely with Account Managers and managing priorities across multiple client portfolios
- Processing and setting up new customer accounts from onboarding through to activation
- Designing and calculating customised payment plans that suit the individual needs of new and existing customers
- Partnering with the Customer Success Team to ensure swift and accurate account management while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborating effectively with team members to maintain seamless operations and achieve shared goals
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in financial services, consumer credit, payments or lending
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on accuracy
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a collaborative team-player attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Experience in high-growth businesses, new ventures or startup environments a distinct advantage
- Genuine interest in technology and making a positive social impact
