The Role…..
Reporting to the Manager – Support Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting various internal teams and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Key duties include:
- Providing administrative and operational support across Risk, Collections, Settlements, and Client Support
- Reviewing documentation and entering customer data into internal systems
- Assisting with supplier onboarding and initial assessments
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipting unapplied funds
- Investigating account discrepancies and misallocated funds
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
About You…..
You will be a motivated self-starter who is eager to gain further experience within a leading finance organisation.
To be successful, you will have:
- 12–18 months’ experience in professional services, finance, or admin
- A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (completed or nearing completion)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute
