The Role…..

Reporting to the Manager – Support Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting various internal teams and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key duties include:
  • Providing administrative and operational support across Risk, Collections, Settlements, and Client Support
  • Reviewing documentation and entering customer data into internal systems
  • Assisting with supplier onboarding and initial assessments
  • Processing invoices, payments, and receipting unapplied funds
  • Investigating account discrepancies and misallocated funds
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently    
   
About You…..

You will be a motivated self-starter who is eager to gain further experience within a leading finance organisation.

To be successful, you will have:  
  • 12–18 months’ experience in professional services, finance, or admin
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (completed or nearing completion)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute
