The Job
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Executing origination and set-up of new customer accounts.
- Processing payments.
- Calculation of payment plans for new & existing customers.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across the Credit & Customer Experience Teams.
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders regarding data driven insights and process improvement recommendations.
- Assisting with credit related adhoc tasks.
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience within consumer credit, customer service or operations in a financial services organisation.
- Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related degree.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to adapt to change with ease and be resilient to cope with challenging tasks.
