In this varied role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth running of head office, coordinating staff onboarding and organising memorable events that foster a positive and engaged workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office coordination of the Surry Hills head office
- Liaise with building management to ensure a clean, high quality, comfortable office space
- Organising office catering
- Create, coordinate and deliver team events to maintain the creative Surry Hills vibe
- HR support such as staff onboarding and inductions, first point of contact for new starters and be the central support connector
- Support the executive team with diary management, travel bookings and adhoc project administration
To be successful in this role you must be experienced in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 12 months experience working in an office administrative capacity.
- Certificate/Diploma/TAFE qualifications in Business, Marketing, HR or Events Management is advantageous but not a necessity.
- Excellent communication skills, with an upbeat and positive attitude to work.
- Comfortable working in a busy, energetic environment and managing multiple deadlines with ease.
