The Job
Reporting through to the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth in the broker channels across the NSW/ACT region focusing on commercial deals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with brokers and business partners.
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver tailored asset finance solutions that meet commercial clients needs.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activity to assist the CEO and COO with strategic decision-making.
- Representing the firm at industry events and conferences, promoting the brand and services.

To be successful you will ideally have:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the asset finance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan your working week for success!
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as finance, business, or economics.
