Reporting through to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage daily B2B shipping operations across ANZ, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight movement.
- Oversee performance and compliance of transport providers, managing contracts and resolving service issues quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and the distribution centre to optimise shipping processes and support a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor freight KPIs and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Identify risks and operational inefficiencies, recommending practical, cost-saving solutions.
