- Assess and determine eligibility for licence applications
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Respond to high volumes of enquiries
- Liaise with businesses and stakeholders
- Assist with application lodgement and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and complete admin tasks
- Provide clear information and support to customers
You….
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a high-volume processing environment
- Previous Government experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Deliver customer service and processing tasks with accuracy and within tight timeframes
- Communicate with professionalism and sensitivity across diverse customer groups
