Due to internal staff movement, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing & Community Concierge to join their growing team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in driving occupancy, supporting members and creating a workplace experience that businesses genuinely enjoy being part of.
This is a highly visible role combining leasing, customer service and front-of-house responsibilities. As the face of the business, you'll help prospective members find the right workspace solution while ensuring existing members continue to receive the premium, hospitality-led experience for which the organisation is known.

The Job...
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for members, visitors and prospective clients, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Managing reception duties including greeting guests, answering enquiries and ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are presented to a high standard
- Building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Conducting tours and office inspections for prospective private office and coworking members
- Responding to enquiries in a timely, professional and consultative manner
- Preparing proposals and membership agreements for new members
- Assisting with the management and presentation of the workspace environment
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors where required.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience within a coworking, serviced office, flexible workspace, property or professional services environment.
- Experience in a Leasing & Community, Concierge, Workspace Coordinator, Front of House, Office Coordinator, Reception, Customer Service or similar role will be highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with members and prospective clients.
