They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Officer to support the delivery of learning and development programs across the business unit.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity based in Parramatta, with a full-time, in-office requirement (no hybrid arrangements). The role will initially be offered as a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
The Job
Throughout this exciting L&D contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and develop learning courses and training sessions
- Plan and deliver learning programs at both enterprise and business unit levels
- Communicate learning and development opportunities across the organisation
- Maintain and update L&D iConnect intranet pages
- Manage vendor contracts, including tracking documentation, onboarding new vendors, and building strong working relationships
- Manage purchasing and process invoices for all L&D activities
- Provide project coordination and administrative support for program delivery
- Oversee end-to-end administration of the Learning Management System (Compass)
To be successful in this Learning & Development role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum three years experience in the learning and development field
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a must
- High level of technological literacy, ideally including exposure to learning technologies (e.g. VR and virtual delivery tools)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of data
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
