The Job…
Working as part of the Global Shared Service Centre, APAC you will be:

• Process invoices efficiently in line with SLA's and customer expectations.
• Delivering real-time support to clients across the APAC region in line with firm policies across opening, closing and amending matters and managing activity codes.
• Set up, maintain and manage rate card information within the SAP Finance system.
• Process invoices efficiently in line with SLA's and customer expectations.
• Respond to internal queries and provided support to stakeholders regarding open items with vendors.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external teams.
• Ensure compliance across all master data matters.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new lawyers within SAP.

• Perhaps you are a recent accounting graduate with 6-12 months experience in finance, AP or AR.  Experience with Master Data in a shared service environment will be highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, along with exposure to an ERP such as SAP a benefit.
• Strong customer focus with core values such as patience, team work and a can-do attitude. 
• Excellent attention to detail is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
