In this Project Coordinator role, reporting into the HR Change Manager, your key accountabilities include:
- Coordinate HR projects, including project plans, timelines, and progress reporting.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and issues, escalating where required.
- Prepare governance documentation, briefing papers, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Experience in HR project coordination and/or organisational change.
- Executive support experience at a senior leadership level.
- Previous public sector project experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of government processes and compliance (desirable).
