This government agency plays a vital role in supporting the people, communities and economy of NSW. In this role, you will support the delivery of the NSW Government People Matter Employee Survey across the sector.

Reporting through to the Associate Director, Culture and Engagement, as a Partner, Culture and Engagement you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the delivery of employee recognition initiatives, including the Staff Awards Program and recognition framework.
- Coordinate the annual Staff Awards process, including judging and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage employee onboarding and organisation-wide induction programs.
- Coordinate quarterly new starter induction events with senior leadership.
- Analyse and report on NSW Government People Matter Employee Survey results.
- Prepare insights and reports for senior leaders to support employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver culture and engagement projects across the department.

To be successful in this HR Partner role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Demonstrated experience in HR partnering, employee engagement, culture or organisational development.
- Proven experience delivering employee recognition and reward programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Experience within the NSW Government or broader public sector, including exposure to the People Matter Employee Survey, is highly regarded.
