Reporting through to the Head of Collections Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and coordinate operational delivery across multiple collection sites to achieve revenue, profit, and compliance objectives.
- Monitor performance, risks, and expenditure, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and adherence to budgets.
- Implement and optimise digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency, customer experience, and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee Operations Managers, ensuring recruitment, succession planning, training, and performance management processes build strong, capable teams.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, recognition, and engagement initiatives that support retention and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry codes, and company policies, maintaining zero tolerance for breaches.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement strategies that maximise portfolio performance and operational outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the receivables management industry, with proven success leading multi‑site operations and delivering required outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of collection strategies, workflows, and tools including recovery of aged debt and use of dialler, SMS, and campaign systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of performance data and drive operational improvements.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, change management, recruitment and workforce capability development.
- Exceptional communication, coaching and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
