Reporting through to the Head of Collections Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:  
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to closing profitable new business.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to senior executives, lead negotiations, and collaborate on competitive pricing strategies.
  • Manage the tender process end to end‑, maintaining a compliant tender library and coordinating cross departmental resources for ‑high quality‑ submissions.
  • Grow revenue from existing clients through up sell and cross sell opportunities, building executive relationships and conducting strategic reviews.
  • Analyse sales data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to refine strategy, improve conversion rates, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team, setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and recruiting talent to drive performance.
  • Represent the business at industry events, share market intelligence, and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue and margin targets.

To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:    
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience managing key client relationships and delivering growth within the receivables management industry.
  • Deep industry knowledge with strong networks, regulatory understanding, and best-practice expertise.
  • Proven business development capability with advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and account growth skills.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to assess profitability, interpret data, and present insights effectively.
  • Strategic, hands on leader with excellent communication skills, proven project delivery, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
