The Job….
Reporting into the Director, in this Governance Analyst contract you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:

• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across government, sector partners, and community organisations.
• Contribute to reporting aligned with state and national commitments.
• Simplify complex processes and communicate clearly to varied audiences.
• Apply governance frameworks to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Synthesise stakeholder input to support informed decisions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and presentations.

• Minimum 2 years’ prior Government experience. 
• Demonstrated experience engaging with state and/or Commonwealth government stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience working within governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with varying priorities and perspectives.
