The Job…..
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collection of overdue commercial accounts across Australia, USA and New Zealand
- Allocation of payments received via PayPal, ZipPay and bank transfer
- Investigate credit claims and process where necessary
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve credit queries
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Cross check that correct the US state tax rates have been applied to invoices
- Adhoc tasks as required to assist the accounting team
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable with strong attention to detail
- Any exposure to USA state tax a bonus
- End to end knowledge and understanding of the full Credit Control / Accounts Receivable process
- Experience working with Netsuite is advantageous but not necessary
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Keen to take ownership of the end to end AR and credit function
