Reporting to the Finance Manager in this FP&A Analyst role, you will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain financial forecasts, including revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.
- Support budgeting processes and future budget proposals.
- Conduct financial and operational variance analysis to identify performance drivers and inefficiencies.
- Analyse workflows, unit costs, productivity, and demand patterns to uncover efficiency opportunities.
- Develop scenario and “what-if” models for service delivery, staffing, resourcing, and investments.
- Create operational and financial dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar.
- Design reusable modelling tools/templates to support forecasting, planning, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and briefings for leadership, audit committees, and government stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a complex environment.
- Advanced modelling with Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar.
- Ability to translate financial outcomes into actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
- CA/CPA/CFA progress desirable.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
