Reporting through to Financial Controller, this role requires you to:
- Manage the financial affairs of multiple business entities, delivering accurate financial reporting, compliance and continuous process improvement across finance operations
- Have a hands on approach, strong attention to detail to ensure data and timely delivery of multi-entities Month End closing, reporting and reconciliations
- Prepare multi-entity month end closures, reporting and reconciliations in a timely manner
- Action day to day accounting tasks and supporting broader financial and operational goals of the business
- Main integrity of Manage all financial and management reporting, treasury and compliance obligations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, as well as provide predictive data analytics and financial decision support.
- Monitor daily cash and stock reconciliations across all locations, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Ensure payroll accuracy through meticulous monthly reconciliations and ensure all compliance obligations (PAYG, super, payroll tax) are submitted on time.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- CA or CPA accounting professional who understands the challenges facing a high growth business with strong commercial acumen.
- Your background will include group consolidation expertise, intercompany accounting management, a deep technical accounting knowledge of relevant accounting standards and multi entity month end close coordination.
- Experience in managing the financial affairs of multiple business entities, delivering accurate financial reporting, compliance and continuous process improvement across finance operations.
- A hands on approach, strong attention to detail to ensure data and timely delivery of multi-entities Month End closing, reporting and reconciliations
- Timely delivery of multi-entities Month End closing, reporting and reconciliations
