Our client is a highly regarded NSW Government organisation seeking an experienced Executive Support professional to join its dynamic team. This role will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day operations.

This is a contract opportunity commencing ASAP through to 29 January 2027, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to significant infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives across NSW.


The Job...
During this exciting Executive Support Officer contract, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage calendars, records, correspondence, travel arrangements and meeting coordination, including accurate minute taking.
  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director and broader team.
  • Triage, prioritise and coordinate incoming requests to support an efficient workflow and timely responses.
  • Conduct research and prepare high-quality briefings, reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is appropriately stored, easily accessible and managed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

To be successful in this Executive Support Officer role, you must have experience in the following: 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an executive or administrative support role supporting senior executives.
  • Previous experience within the NSW Government or broader public sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously
