The Opportunity

This 6-month temporary role sits within the Early Arrears team, reporting to the Collections Team Leader. You will play a key role in supporting customers and managing early-stage arrears across an asset-finance portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls relating to early arrears and customer service enquiries
  • Collecting overdue asset-finance accounts up to 30 days past due
  • Working collaboratively with customers to understand their situation and agree on sustainable repayment solutions
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Educating customers on their financial obligations to help prevent future arrears
  • Working towards KPIs and targets while maintaining strict compliance standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Approximately 6–12 months’ experience in a high-volume collections or arrears environment
  • Exposure to asset finance (advantageous but not essential)
  • A customer-centric approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional setting
  • A proactive, reliable attitude and a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes
