The Job…
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to customers who have enquired about financial services products
- Engaging in consultative, relationship-based conversations to understand customer needs and match them with the right products
- Submitting complete and accurate applications to the credit team, ensuring a seamless process
- Managing successful applications through to settlement
- Working towards monthly KPIs and sales targets
You…
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an outbound, phone-based sales, working within the financial services sector.
- A strong customer-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive, initiative, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes
