The Job…

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:  
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers who have enquired about financial services products
  • Engaging in consultative, relationship-based conversations to understand customer needs and match them with the right products
  • Submitting complete and accurate applications to the credit team, ensuring a seamless process
  • Managing successful applications through to settlement
  • Working towards monthly KPIs and sales targets

To thrive in this role, you will bring:  
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an outbound, phone-based sales, working within the financial services sector. 
  • A strong customer-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive, initiative, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes
