Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service & collection services to internal & external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Case management of high-risk arrears accounts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while making sound strategic decisions to minimise losses and reduce delinquency.
- Identify and escalate risks promptly to prevent potential losses, complaints, or adverse outcomes.
- Negotiate payment plans and secure immediate or structured repayments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in collections, with exposure to aged accounts and ideally asset finance.
- Solid understanding of Debt Collection Guidelines and NCCP, with proven skip tracing expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
